We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive leader to build and lead a world-class executive operations function at our 180-person (Series B, profitable) tech scale-up. As an Executive Operations Manager, your mission is to drive organizational excellence by implementing systematic, data-driven approaches to goal setting, performance management, and talent development.
This role is central to fostering a high-performance culture—one that identifies, develops, and retains great people through clear goals and deep cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own performance management system (OKRs/Goal settings, performance reviews and analytics, leadership team operations cadence);
Work closely with leadership to understand key business metrics and evolving needs;
Run and continually refine the goal-setting process (OKRs / KPIs) across teams and levels;
Track goal progress and connect individual/team performance to company objectives and business impact;
Organize and facilitate cross-functional rhythms (bi-yearly planning, quarterly refinements, business reviews, yearly strategy offsites, weekly leadership meetings) to keep the teams aligned;
Help identify and resolve bottlenecks and blockers between functions;
Support the leadership team in executing strategic and operational initiatives;
Ensure operational processes and support are aligned with the company’s growth and strategic priorities;
Work closely with the Finance and Analytics teams on external reporting (board, investor relations);
Together with HR Team work on talent development programs.
Qualifications:
Has experience in business operations, strategy, or financial roles;
Experience in consulting will be a strong plus (big 3);
Has experience working in a startup or scale-up environment;
Is confident working with OKRs/KPIs and implementing goal-setting frameworks;
Understands how to turn strategy into execution across multiple teams;
Have a solid grasp of business metrics and can translate them into operational priorities;
Understands financial metrics and how P&L works;
Has excellent project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities;
Thinks in systems and can bring clarity and structure to complex processes;
Communicates clearly and can work across all levels of the organization;
Is self-driven, organized, and proactive in solving problems.
