About the Role:

FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (PHP, NEXT.JS) **Remote possible

As a Fullstack Developer at TieTalent, you will evolve in the heart of our Engineering team. You’ll report directly to our CTO to deliver powerful, scalable user experiences impacting over 150,000+ registered users.

Responsibilities:

Develop: Lead both frontend & backend development by architecting and implementing new features
Collaborate: Work directly with our CTO in an agile environment to ensure a seamless, scalable product.
Quality: Write clean, scalable & maintainable code, adhering to SOLID principles & best practices.
Innovate: Develop intuitive UI using NextJS while crafting robust backend services with Laravel.
Recommendation System: Optimize our ElasticSearch engine to provide great job matching to our users.

Qualifications/Required Skills Needed to Apply:

4+ years of professional Fullstack Development experience (must!)
English C1+ (fluent) as a spoke language (must!)
Strong usage of PHP in Laravel Framework (must!)
Proven expertise in NextJS/React (must!)

Solid background in RESTful API design and Test-Driven Development
Good UI/UX practices, with an eye for design
Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch
Familiarity with CSS-in-JS tools (e.g., styled-components) and containerization via Docker
Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
Mastery in relational/SQL database design and an understanding of web services architectures
Completed MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering
