The Ladder Method is a private executive functioning and academic coaching company committed to helping students build confidence, structure, and lifelong learning skills. We work one-on-one with students to deliver individualized support that makes a lasting impact, and we’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growth and outreach efforts.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to assist with day-to-day marketing operations. This is a remote role perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and proactive. You’ll be responsible for supporting and executing key marketing initiatives including email campaigns, website updates, SEO tracking, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
Manage and post content to social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)
Assist with basic website updates and SEO optimization (Squarespace)
Track engagement metrics across marketing channels and report on performance
Maintain and update digital assets and marketing calendars
Provide general marketing and admin support to our CEO

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field
Proficiency with email platforms (Mailchimp) and social media tools
Familiarity with Hubspot, CMS platforms and basic SEO best practices
Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently and communicate clearly
Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms

Part-time (approx. 10/15 hours/week)
Remote / flexible schedule
Hourly rate commensurate with experience
