Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and creative Marketing Interns to support our efforts in reviewing and enhancing the visual and written content for our network of flexible office space centers. Interns will be responsible for evaluating center photography for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality, as well as auditing and editing center descriptions to ensure consistency, clarity, and marketability. This is a great opportunity for students interested in marketing, content creation, and real estate branding to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review existing center photography for quality, brand standards, and completeness
Flag missing or outdated imagery and assist in coordinating photo reshoots as needed
Evaluate center descriptions for accuracy, tone, and SEO-readiness
Edit and rewrite descriptions to improve consistency and alignment with brand messaging
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and update content management systems as needed
Collaborate with the Local, Channel, and Operations teams to prioritize updates
Assist in additional marketing content or admin projects as assigned

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written communication and editing skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Basic familiarity with digital content, photography, or real estate marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Available at least 15 hours per week
Available to start within a few weeks with the internship may go through the Fall semester at least, which is preferred, but not required
