What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and paid media channels
Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics to track performance metrics for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
Manage and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Develop and refine landing pages and website content to enhance the user experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising
Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing vendor and agency relationships
HubSpot marketing certifications
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications
ABM (Account-Based Marketing) certifications
