About The Role
The Paid Digital Media Manager is a vital role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This position aims to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive expertise in digital media platforms, analytics, and campaign management. Leadership skills are essential to guide a team of digital specialists and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, SEO, and product marketing. The role requires a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and emerging digital tools to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management
Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, and Domo
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies is a plus
Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and programmatic platforms
Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
Oversee campaign optimization through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and landing page improvements to maximize ROI
Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make strategic adjustments to meet or exceed KPIs
Analyze campaign data using various analytics tools and generate detailed performance reports for senior leadership
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital media specialists, fostering professional development and high-quality execution
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to leverage additional expertise and digital tools
Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing
Evaluate and incorporate new digital tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance
Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization
Conduct regular budget reviews and adjust strategies accordingly to meet financial objectives

Market-competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
