Responsibilities

They are hiring a remote Setter to join their established, high-performing sales team. This is a front-end sales development role focused on generating and nurturing qualified conversations with gym owners. The role is ideal for someone early in their high-ticket sales journey who is hungry to grow, develop elite sales skills, and earn solid commission while learning from a team of industry veterans. You’ll be initiating conversations, booking calls, and developing relationships with gym owners who want to scale. A solid understanding of gyms or the fitness space is a bonus, but not required.
