What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of event management initiatives, including strategic planning and logistics coordination
Drive the planning and execution of key tradeshows, sponsorships, and affiliated events
Coordinate internal events and virtual engagements to reinforce company goals and culture
Develop marketing materials and creative assets to enhance brand presence at events
Deliver post-event reporting and insights to inform future event strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality management
5+ years of experience in event and tradeshow strategy, planning, and logistics
Demonstrated management of detailed fiscal budgets for events
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and stakeholders
Highly organized with advanced project management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Expertise in using MS Office, Teams, Planner, and JIRA
Ability to travel, including weekends or evenings, as required
Positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently within a team structure
