We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services across the entire software stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for clean code, modern frameworks, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.
Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 plus annual bonus
Duties And Responsibilities
Design and implement front-end architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Develop and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and performance.
Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of security best practices and data protection.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data processing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to financial services or wealth management platforms is a plus.
