Full Stack Engineer – Remote (US & LATAM Candidates)
Full‑time contract | 100% remote | Overlap U.S. Central Time (CT) hours
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications with Node.js and a modern frontend stack (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Design and optimize data schemas and queries for both SQL databases and MongoDB
Write clean, testable code, covering unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile workflow
Participate in architecture and system design discussions
Develop and maintain internal developer tools such as parsers, transpilers, or autocomplete engines
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of professional full‑stack development experience
Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
Solid experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Strong knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB)
Deep understanding of software design patterns and engineering best practices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment
Bonus
Experience with GraphQL or gRPC APIs
Familiarity with microservices architectures and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Exposure to cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Background in performance tuning, caching strategies, or serverless functions
