Palco is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team. This person will play a key role in developing and maintaining brand-aligned visual content that communicates clearly, connects emotionally, and stands out in the healthcare and human services landscape. From digital campaigns to print collateral, you will ensure brand consistency while bringing fresh, strategic ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Own the visual development and execution of design projects across print, digital, social, and web platforms
Maintain and evolve Palco’s visual brand identity with consistency and innovation
Design marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and email templates
Collaborate with internal teams to understand messaging goals and translate them into effective visual concepts
Support campaigns and launches with compelling visuals aligned with strategy and audience needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand compliance across all deliverables
Prepare files for print production, conference support and coordinate with vendors as needed
Develop and execute compelling social media content—including copywriting, graphic design, and post scheduling—to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across platforms.
Create and adapt visual assets for event marketing. Support in event coordination and promotional needs to help enhance attendee engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned design and multi-platform versatility
Knowledge of design best practices including typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility standards
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and asset formatting (social media, email, web)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-first mindset
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, financial services or similar
