Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team on a full-time on temporary basis. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate seeking comprehensive hands-on marketing and communications experience. The intern will assist with graphic design, event support, social media management, marketing campaigns (B2B), and various operational tasks, focusing on learning and contributing directly to our team’s efforts. This is a paid internship with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The duration of the internship will be two consecutive 3-month terms, for a total of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design and develop graphic content for presentation decks, brochures, and other marketing materials to support our campaigns and presentations.
Event Support
Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, focusing mainly on CES Las Vegas, including gathering and analyzing participant information and managing logistics.
Analyze event results and prepare reports on their effectiveness.
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, under the guidance of the marketing team.
Help maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.
Analyze social media performance to enhance engagement strategies.
ABM & Marketing Campaign Support
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and automations, contributing ideas and research.
Assist in maintaining the CRM (Hubspot) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, contributing to managing contacts, leads, etc.
Analyze results and prepare reports on their effectiveness.
Website Management Support
Assist with updating and managing the website’s content, ensuring all information is current and aligns with SEO best practices.
Monitor website analytics and contribute to improving user engagement and traffic.
Qualifications And Requirements
Studying, recently graduated, or with equivalent experience/training in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
Proactive, curious, and a team player with excellent organizational abilities.
Eager to learn and grow in marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), SEO, and digital marketing.
Passionate about design, with attention to detail and a flair for visuals (Adobe Suite preferred).
Familiarity with social media tools.
