Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at BIG TEX TRAILERS Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch trailers to our customers.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective marketing Social Media campaigns across various channels.
Create and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
Manage Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Facebook Store Page posts. Oversee and optimize campaigns across social media, and online advertising channels.
Conduct market research (Competitive Price Comparisons) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Plan and execute media buying strategies, including affiliate marketing initiatives.
Oversee campaign management from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing social media materials.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maximize conversion rates.
Identify, Communicate, Track, and Deliver “Hot Lead Prospects” to store(s) utilizing company CRM-Salesforce.
Participating at the store support level to maximize Social Media presence in the market and deliver high priority sales leads to store sales team. This is shared accountability with the Store Manager.
Coach sales employees.
Assist store management sales goals are met or exceeded, productivity is high, and customers have positive experience.
Communicate Social Media sales opportunities to regional manager.
Demonstrate CRM proficiency.
Maintain minimum postings levels to support marketing efforts.
Provide monthly review of postings and success rates.
Qualifications
Education – Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid Driver’s License
Previous Social Media Sales Expertise
Sound organizational, communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Manufacturing process from the purchase of raw materials to sub-assembly to final assembly and distribution/procurement techniques and principles
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Working knowledge of various social media platforms, tagging methods, media, video, and methods to generate leads through platform(s)
Work Hours
This is a Seasonal position that potentially could become a full-time position. The work week is Monday through Saturday (except for company holidays). 20-27 hours per week.
Travel
25% travel within market. Minimal overnight travel
