Job Description

ServiceUp is on a mission to revolutionize auto repair. We’re the platform fleets and insurers use to manage every repair in one place. We bring collision, mechanical, and maintenance together with workflow automation, live status, AI-assisted decisions, data-backed approvals, and a national shop network. Customers use ServiceUp to reduce downtime, control costs, and keep vehicles on the road.

We’re built on ownership and impact. You’ll work cross-functionally, make informed decisions with real customer context, see results quickly, and grow with team support and clear goals. You’ll join a fast-growing, Series B funded team and help set the new standard for auto repair software.

About The Role

ServiceUp is seeking a motivated and technically fluent Product Delivery Manager to join our growing product and engineering organization. This individual will play a key role in bridging product vision and engineering execution — driving timelines, clarifying requirements, and ensuring quality releases.

You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need drive, organization, and a passion for building great software. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders who are ready to coach and support your growth as you contribute to a high-impact platform in the automotive space.

What You’ll Do

Drive Execution: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Design to take features from concept to production. Proactively track progress, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
Manage Release Process: Coordinate with engineering teams on timelines, release plans, and QA processes to ensure smooth deployments.
Clarify Scope & Requirements: Break down features into well-defined user stories and tasks. Ensure all tickets have clear acceptance criteria and business context.
Support Agile Planning: Facilitate and participate in sprint ceremonies. Help enforce best practices for cross-functional collaboration.
Communicate Across Teams: Act as a connector between product, design, engineering, and operations – keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Maintain Documentation: Help track product changes, features, and improvements through tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, and Confluence.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in delivery processes and propose solutions to help the team move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Bring

2-4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Technical Program Manager or Project Manager role. Preferable in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and velocity tracking.
A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, QA processes, and sprint-based planning.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills. You stay ahead of roadblocks and solve problems before they become issues.
Strong communication skills. You’re as comfortable writing clear user stories as you are syncing with engineers or reporting status to leadership.
Self-motivated and resourceful. You take initiative and thrive when given ownership.
Comfortable with tools like Linear, Jira, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.

Nice To Have

Technical background or hands-on experience with QA, mobile/web platforms, or API testing.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with automotive, logistics, or workflow-based platforms is a bonus.
