About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this remote position, you will play a vital role in developing visually compelling assets that reinforce our brand identity and support various marketing initiatives.
Your work will span digital, print, and web media, including infographics, presentations, social media graphics, animated videos, and web design projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content that communicates complex information effectively and enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to healthcare excellence while working remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (associate’s degree accepted with relevant experience)
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of asset types, including digital graphics, print materials, and web assets
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) in a Mac environment
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and tools such as After Effects, Canva, and Figma
Excellent PowerPoint presentation design skills, including custom layouts and data visualizations
Front-end web design experience with an understanding of UX/UI principles
Knowledge of print production processes and best practices
Experience designing trade show booths and event materials
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign execution
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging infographics, charts, layouts, and branded templates to communicate technical and complex information clearly
Create a diverse array of digital assets for multiple service lines, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines
Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations, including custom maps, data visualizations, and embedded multimedia content
Design animated videos, motion graphics, and static assets optimized for social media platforms
Execute digital advertising campaigns, including programmatic ads and digital display banners
Contribute to the visual design of trade show booth graphics and internal event materials
Assist in front-end web design projects, including landing pages, microsites, and interactive digital experiences
Manage and organize a digital asset library for efficient team access and utilization
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects
