Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on comprehensive digital marketing strategies using digital channels. This role will collaborate with various teams to drive engagement, conversions, and overall business growth by focusing on designing and implementing streamlined workflows, automation frameworks, and technology integrations that eliminate friction between teams while accelerating growth initiatives.
Starting base pay for this role is between $57,000 and $67,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
Responsibilities
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners on paid media and SEO strategies.
Monitors and analyzes performance metrics for website traffic and all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement while optimizing ad spend.
Conducts market research to identify trends and opportunities for paid media, SEO and evaluate emerging marketing platforms.
Ensures database cleanliness and integrity by regularly updating and maintaining accurate prospect data, including list uploads from events and content syndication campaigns.
Owns day-to-day administration of Demandbase intent data platform, including user management, system configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues across marketing and sales teams.
Champions AI Strategy implementation across marketing functions, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive process and enhance operational efficiency through intelligent workflow optimization
Leads comprehensive Marketo administration including segmentation, automation workflows, and API integrations.
Plans, implements, and optimizes campaigns in Marketo, including templates, AB testing, automated workflows and personalized content.
Creates and manages UTM parameters to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborates with Brand and Content, Demand Generation, Events and Product Marketing teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
Creates clear, detailed documentation for processes, projects and recommendations.
Handles additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology services.
Proven experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
Proficiency in Marketo and Marketo Measure or similar marketing automation platforms.
Experience with AI-powered marketing technologies and implementation strategies.
Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills, with experience using Asana or similar tools.
Proficiency in using Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget, aligning tactical plans with strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of digital marketing best practices, automation, buyer personas, and buyer journeys.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
