ADTRAV is seeking a Software Engineer for our Production Support team who is a highly motivated full-stack engineer that is excited about problem-solving, creating software solutions and that enjoys working in a team-oriented environment where those contributions are valued, make a difference, and are rewarded.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

Analyze software requirements to propose software solutions.
Develop features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Analyze and interpret highly complex data and software to arrive at actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Provide engineering estimates.
Learn and adapt quickly to troubleshoot / debug new areas and services within the product line.
Write and maintain unit, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time.
Develop code that meets our internal standards for maintainability, style, and best practices for highly performant web applications.
Maintain and advocate for our standards through code reviews.
Use Agile development tools to track and communicate project progress.
Stay up to date on new information technologies and emerging trends, and their possible application in the company.
Work non-standard business hours to attend meetings and provide support via text/phone/email in a 24/7/365 environment.
Represent ADTRAV by embracing the company values and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of related experience developing high quality production quality code.
An understanding of C#.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC and/or Blazor.
Experience developing and debugging web applications.
Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services.
Experience in creating database objects, writing queries in T-SQL, and writing stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with Unit Testing or Test-Driven Development is a plus.
Experience in a SaaS or Microservice environment is a plus.
Experience working with ORMs, preferably Entity Framework.
Experience with Monitoring and Telemetry tools/data to pro-actively understand and resolve issues.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment Tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
Ability to estimate the work required and deliver the project on schedule as estimated.
Ability to learn ADTRAV’s business and products quickly and adapt to a dynamic development environment.
Experience with source control such as Git or TFS.
Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with travel industry and its tools like Sabre, Concur, etc. is a huge plus.
Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines requiring minimal supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
“Can do” problem solving mentality, while still respecting standards, quality, and security.
Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers/clients and work cooperatively.
Ability to work remotely and meet the company home-office requirements.
Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Able to work outside of normal business hours and provide 24/7/365 support to team.
Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background check.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000 a year but consideration may be given outside of this range. Pay is based on experience and with the required applications.
