Intern
Core4ce is seeking a motivated and adaptable entry-level coop to support our internal software development projects. This position offers hands-on experience in software engineering while contributing to meaningful projects that drive our organization forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
Conduct research tasks as assigned through the Forge platform, including technical investigations, documentation review, and solution analysis
Provide coordination assistance on Project Literacy, helping to manage project timelines, documentation, and team communications
Support software development initiatives using Python, MATLAB, and other programming tools
Assist in data analysis and visualization to support project decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Document processes, findings, and technical specifications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Workspace for project collaboration
Previous project experience demonstrating research and analysis capabilities
GPA of 3.0 or higher
