About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role involves leading and executing a variety of design projects across our internal platforms, including website redesigns, app interfaces, branding, illustrations, and multimedia campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual identity of our digital products, contribute to innovative projects, and mentor junior team members. Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for design are essential qualities for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or related field
7+ years of experience in digital design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and diverse design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (minimum 1 year)
Familiarity with Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring team members
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop modern, strategic visual concepts that align with company goals
Lead high-visibility projects, developing multiple design options and guiding cross-functional teams through iterative feedback processes
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other creative team members
Stay updated on current design trends related to color, typography, UI, and user experience to ensure our designs are innovative and user-centric
Create web and mobile UI designs, illustrations, infographics, logos, branding systems, and style guides
Represent the design team in cross-departmental projects, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Develop and maintain branding resources and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital assets
Participate in group discussions to develop creative solutions and push the boundaries of design innovation
Take ownership of large design projects from conception to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery
