Responsibilities
The Senior Software Engineer position is part of the full stack engineering team responsible for the design, development and ongoing evolution of capabilities in support of our roadmap. This role is responsible for the design, development and ongoing support of software features and subsystems that are part of our overall platform.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy features and services using system thinking principles, ensuring performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and user experience
Collaborates closely with the team, product managers, and end users on feature design, planning, and delivery.
Writes clean, well documented, high quality, and efficient code.
Mentors and trains junior engineers and conducts rigorous code reviews.
Maintains the availability of our systems by proactive design and advanced troubleshooting.
Continuously improves technical skills, staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
Hands-on knowledge of modern full-stack development practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and AI.
Experience developing and deploying in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Experience working in a healthcare technology, provider or payor environment including familiarity with compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2), EMR integrations, care delivery, and platforms supporting patients and providers.
Masters+ degree in Computer Science or related field.
Working experience with Salesforce configuration, development and API integration.
Data/Analytics/ML Orchestration platforms & languages (Azure, Databricks and Python ecosystem)
