About The Role

Powder Mountain is seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing creative projects across Powder Mountain, Powder Haven, and the Powder Art Foundation. This role is a true design/art direction hybrid: you’ll help set visual direction while also delivering hands-on design execution. Projects span marketing campaigns, branding systems, digital content, image-making, event promotion, experiential design and wayfinding, F&B/hospitality, and more.

The ideal candidate is both a thinker and a maker—comfortable taking projects from moodboard and concept through to polished execution. You’ll bring strong instincts for visual storytelling, a refined aesthetic eye, and the ability to create thoughtful, cohesive, and on-brand work at every scale. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team, as well as cross-disciplinary partners across the organization. You’ll also manage external vendors and production partners on your projects, ensuring the highest level of craft in everything we put into the world.
