About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in the Bay Area, CA. This remote position plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by creating visually compelling materials that enhance our proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging sales collateral, digital presentations, and branded assets that align with our company’s innovative and culinary-focused ethos. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables. This role demands a self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant graphic design experience, demonstrating high-functioning, deadline-driven work
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Adobe XD and After Effects are a plus
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; Canva experience is advantageous
Experience in print, digital, packaging, collateral, typography, and presentation design
Web, interactive design, and video editing skills are a plus
Proficiency in working across Mac and PC platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop multiple design solutions
Passion for design and pride in delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities
Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts for sales proposals, presentations, and collateral materials
Ensure consistency in design and maintain the integrity of creative assets from inception to final delivery
Set up templates and styles to ensure uniformity across all design deliverables
Maintain high standards of typography, including proper formatting, spacing, and justification
Utilize licensed, high-resolution imagery and graphics that align with content and branding guidelines
Reskin reusable assets, templates, and marketing materials as needed to keep content fresh and relevant
Create engaging PowerPoint, InDesign, and Canva sales presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Assist with last-minute revisions and updates to sales and marketing materials
Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
