Job Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a digital focus to join our lean but high-impact marketing team. This role is central to how we show up online and offline—building the creative assets that fuel thousands of localized campaigns across 34 states.
From display ads to brochures, landing pages to direct mail, you’ll create clean, conversion-driven designs that resonate with our audience (primarily age 65–75) while modernizing our brand’s digital presence.
You’ll collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital, working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where strong design directly impacts lead generation and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Creative: Design static and animated banner ads, social/digital display assets, and localized creative for regional campaigns.
Landing Page Design: Support the digital team with high-conversion page layouts and visuals that align with campaigns (experience with CRO principles is a plus).
Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, flyers, and direct mail templates for seminars, grand openings, and local events.
Brand Consistency: Apply existing brand guidelines across all deliverables while evolving creative quality and impact.
Production Support: Handle asset resizing, formatting, and versioning for multiple markets and platforms.
Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, digital, and vendor teams to deliver on a high volume of campaign requests.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong digital focus (agency or high-volume in-house experience preferred).
Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to create high-impact marketing assets across digital and print.
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar.
Digital Savvy: Understanding of display ads, paid social formats, and the role of design in conversion performance.
Detail Orientation: Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand storytelling with minimal errors.
