At Perkins&Will, we are looking for a creative force, a graphic storyteller and multimedia thinker, to join our Boston marketing team. Here, your work will shape how one of the world’s most influential design firms presents itself, connects with clients, and secures important new projects.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with teammates, leadership, and project staff to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that feel alive and stand out. Using your creativity and design talent, you will transform templates into branded, tailored stories that resonate with each client, while keeping projects organized, strategic, and on schedule. You will work across print, digital, video, and custom web platforms, exploring every medium to communicate with impact and imagination.

Updating and maintaining marketing collateral within exceptional brand standards
Researching clients, markets, and trends to inspire strategy and creativity

Who You Are

A creative thinker with 3+ years experience, ideally in an A/E/C related field
Technically strong in the entire Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere are the keys to our tool-box.
Clear, compelling writing
Organized, deadline-driven, detail-focused, and endlessly curious
A collaborator who can communicate clearly, think outside the box, and bring bold ideas to life

Salary Range Information

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position in Boston is between $65,000 and $83,000.
