Assist in the redesign of business operational documents and marketing materials to reflect a consistent and modern brand identity.
Contribute to branding initiatives, ensuring alignment across all visual communications.
Participate in team meetings, provide creative input, and help brainstorm new design concepts that enhance accessibility and engagement.
Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain open communication with the remote team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Understanding of accessible design principles and a passion for inclusive visual communication.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt design work for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
Access to necessary design equipment and software (computer, design tools, reliable internet connection).
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience contributing to national-level adaptive sports initiatives.
Mentorship and collaboration with a diverse, mission-driven team.
Opportunities to expand your design portfolio with meaningful, real-world projects.
Experience working in a professional, virtual nonprofit environment.
