This is a remote position. SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers, insurance carriers, public entities, third-party administrators, and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work independently from home.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems.
Review data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Correct any errors or inconsistencies found in the data.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets.
Communicate with supervisors or team members about any data-related issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing skills (40+ words per minute preferred).
Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field.
Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and observational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
