We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Data Entry Intern to support our team with entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This is an ideal role for someone looking for an easy, flexible, entry-level position with opportunities to gain professional experience while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Review information for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Perform simple data cleanup tasks (e.g., correcting formatting, verifying details).
Report any discrepancies or missing information to supervisors.
Follow company procedures to ensure data privacy and consistency.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled in a college program (any field).
Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets).
Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
