Job Description
We are in need for a Data Entry Specialist who will support our operational and administrative needs by entering, updating and maintaining Company data across various platforms and databases. Someone who is organized, dependable and able to manage repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Accurately input, update and maintain data in Company databases, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Review documents and information for errors, inconsistencies or missing details.
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize, classify and prepare data for internal reporting and analytics.
Assist with digital filing, document tracking and record-keeping tasks.
Follow Company procedures to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
Communicate with internal departments to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Generate basic reports as requested by the operations or management team.
Support additional administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Experience in data entry or administrative support.
Strong typing skills (40+ WPM recommended) with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online databases and CRM platforms.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
