This is a remote position. We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our digital databases. This is an easy, entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. No advanced technical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
Enter data into company databases with accuracy and speed

Update existing records and ensure data consistency

Review and verify information for errors or inconsistencies

Organize, sort, and maintain digital files

Follow company guidelines for data privacy and security

Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve issues

Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Reliable internet connection

Good time-management and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
