What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
Complete additional projects as assigned by management
Collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
Strong technical experience preferred
Desire and ability to be a team player
