This is a remote position. We are seeking a reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to type, input, and update information into digital systems. This is an easy, entry-level position perfect for someone with basic typing skills and good attention to detail. Training will be provided, and the work is straightforward and repetitive.

Key Responsibilities
Type and input data into spreadsheets, documents, or company databases

Review information for accuracy before and after typing

Correct any typos or formatting errors

Maintain organized digital files and records

Follow simple typing and data entry guidelines

Complete daily or weekly typing tasks on time

Communicate with supervisors if issues or questions arise

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic typing skills (accuracy more important than speed)

Comfortable using a computer and basic software (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Reliable internet connection

Previous typing or data entry experience

Good time-management and organization skills

Ability to work independently

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
