About The Role

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across multiple departments.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment marketing efforts.
Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes.
