About the Opportunity:
The organization provides resilient, high-performance data infrastructure to enable customers across industries to leverage data for automation, optimization, and innovation. The Digital Marketing Manager role is focused on leading the global paid media strategy and execution to drive demand generation and create an integrated, data-driven user journey that delivers measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead paid media strategy aligned with business objectives and audience segmentation
• Own media planning and channel mix across digital platforms including social, display, and search
• Manage and execute paid media campaigns internally and oversee external agency partnerships
• Collaborate with campaign, events, product marketing, and regional teams to integrate paid media into go-to-market initiatives
• Define and track KPIs for paid media performance including pipeline contribution and ROI
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data, attribution models, and industry best practices
• Stay current on industry trends and AI-driven advertising innovations

Requirements:
• 7-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven management of multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and hands-on experience across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic display (DSPs)
• Experience in B2B technology sectors including data infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity
• Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth through paid media strategies
• Strong knowledge of attribution models and analytics tools; Excel proficiency required, Adobe Analytics preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical skills to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and present outcomes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative mindset embracing emerging technologies including AI in digital advertising

Compensation:
• Expected base salary: $110,000 to $120,000
• Expected on-target earnings: $123,000 to $130,000
• Pay determined by factors including experience
• Eligibility to participate in bonus/variable/commission pay programs subject to terms
