What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
Confirm work entered into systems and escalate issues as needed
Complete additional projects as assigned by management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
Desire and ability to be a team player
Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Typing speed of 60-70 words per minute or more
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous data entry experience is a plus
Familiarity with legal documentation processes
