Junior Graphic Designer (Production)

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Production) for a global commercial fitness equipment company with a portfolio of established training brands in Vancouver, WA.

Description

Our client designs and manufactures strength and cardio equipment used in commercial environments such as gyms, studios, universities, and performance facilities. This entry-level freelance role will support brand and product marketing initiatives across multiple brands, with a strong focus on production design, template-based updates, and precise execution within established brand systems.

This role is hybrid out of Vancouver, WA for the first couple of weeks (to support onboarding, asset handoff, and access to tools/systems) and can transition to remote once fully ramped. Duration: at least 3 months with possibility to extend.

Execute production design updates across print and digital assets (e.g., product sheets/sell sheets, product support materials, print collateral, social graphics) while maintaining brand consistency
Support brand refresh rollout work by updating existing files to new identity standards (e.g., logo updates), coordinating with the in-house creative team and an external web partner as needed (this role owns non-web, non-render support materials)
0-2 years of experience (early-career; internship or foundational professional experience acceptable) with strong typography, layout, and composition skills plus excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfort using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams); ability to build clean, organized, editable working files for future updates
Nice to have: experience with product sheets/sell sheets or B2B marketing collateral; familiarity with multi-brand, guideline-driven environments; exposure to Salesforce or similar project/work management tools; interest in fitness/wellness

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $32–$38 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
