About the Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this hands-on role, you will bring bold ideas and strong visual storytelling skills to the development of high-impact designs for events, campaigns, presentations, and digital content. You will collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Experience Designers, and Producers to translate concepts into compelling visual assets that align with brand strategies. Your role will involve managing projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects for some of the world’s most exciting brands in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or experiential marketing environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Strong understanding of print production, digital design, and branding principles
Familiarity with web design, UX principles, and platforms such as WIX and WordPress is a plus
Experience designing for luxury, fashion, spirits, or entertainment brands is advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
A compelling portfolio demonstrating versatility, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivity
Responsibilities
Create high-impact visual designs for events, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Art Directors, Creative Directors, Experience Designers, and Producers to bring concepts to fruition
Develop mood boards, visual directions, and final assets suitable for production
Contribute to concept development and design strategies for new business pitches
Translate brand guidelines into innovative, on-strategy visuals across print and digital platforms
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Maintain high standards of design excellence and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
