Graphic Designer at Careerscape

Job Description

Careerscape is hiring a Remote Graphic Designer on behalf of our client, a fast-growing creative and marketing organization based in New York City. This fully remote graphic designer role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can translate brand strategy into compelling digital and print design. If you’re a self-driven designer fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and passionate about brand identity, UI/UX, and visual communication — we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000/ year · plus bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

Design on-brand visual assets for digital marketing, social media, web, email, and print campaigns
Develop and maintain brand identity systems, style guides, and design templates
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative
Produce UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
Stay current with graphic design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital, and print design
Excellent visual communication and typography skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
