About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and work on a cutting-edge, blockchain-powered platform. You will be responsible for designing and building the backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

What You Will Do
• Design and implement backend services using Node.js/Express.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrate them with the frontend and blockchain.
• Build and manage databases using MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement security best practices, including user authentication and authorization.
• Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support the platform.
• Integrate blockchain features into backend systems, including smart contracts and decentralized storage.
• Ensure data integrity and security for users and products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and document all backend processes.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration with the user interface.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and improve system performance.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and Express.
• Strong experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract integration is a plus.
• Experience with building and optimizing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of JWT for secure user authentication and authorization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Competitive compensation: USD 70,000 – 90,000 (full-time) or USD 35 – 50/hour (part time/contract).
