Most of them need better structure.
At IAP Studio, websites are not built to exist
they are built to express a brand clearly, precisely, and intentionally.
We’re looking for a Web Developer, someone who understands both code and interface.
Not just how things work.
But how they feel.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for building and implementing the digital layer of the brands we create.
Develop websites based on defined brand and design direction
Work primarily with WordPress, including custom themes and performance optimization
Implement responsive and well-structured front-end experiences
Translate UI concepts into clean, scalable code
Collaborate with design and strategy to ensure consistency
You won’t just “build pages”.
You’ll build experiences that reflect the brand.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Web Development
Solid experience with WordPress (customization, themes, performance)
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to structure clean, maintainable code
Sensitivity to layout, spacing, and interface behavior
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience with design tools or interface design is a strong plus.
This is not a purely technical role.
And not a purely visual one.
