About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team on a remote contract basis, starting as soon as possible. This role involves partnering with an internal creative team to rebuild a global asset management website from scratch, delivering a scalable, user-friendly, and technically robust solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level website development within the financial services or asset management sectors, with a strong focus on integrating complex financial data feeds and building responsive, intuitive platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project, working closely with designers, content strategists, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and industry experience, including:

Extensive experience in enterprise website development, particularly within asset management, investment, or financial services organizations.
Proficiency in multiple CMS platforms such as Drupal, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or other enterprise solutions, with the ability to recommend the most suitable platform based on project requirements.
Strong experience in integrating external data sources and APIs, including financial data feeds, daily NAV updates, and benchmark comparisons.
Exceptional responsive web development skills, capable of delivering highly customized, scalable websites.
A consultative approach with excellent communication skills to advise on architecture, platform selection, and project timelines.
Experience working in an iterative, sprint-based development environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

Partnering with the internal design team to architect and develop a new global asset management website from the ground up.
Evaluating and recommending the most appropriate CMS or platform based on business and technical needs.
Developing complex financial data integrations, including automated NAV updates, benchmark index comparisons, and data feed integrations with fund administrators.
Building a responsive, scalable, and user-friendly website that is manageable for non-technical users post-launch.
Collaborating closely with designers, writers, content strategists, and project stakeholders throughout the development process.
Providing training and ongoing support to the client team on website management, maintenance, and platform sustainability.
Ensuring the website adheres to best practices in security, performance, and accessibility standards.
