Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Content Writer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,200 – $210,600 annually

Responsibilities

Write and edit content across various formats, including scripts and social media
Maintain brand voice and style guidelines for consistency
Adapt content based on audience behaviors and needs
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
Help create and maintain style guides for clarity and consistency
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for corporate storytelling
Manage projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

8+ years in communications or content roles, ideally in business or tech media
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Exceptional storytelling skills that persuade and engage audiences
Strong command of tone and voice with adaptability across channels
Proficient in AI tools to enhance content processes and outcomes
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
Knowledge of the company’s business and culture is a plus
