As a graphic designer, you’ll create visual solutions that support learning, communication, and employee engagement across the Claims organization. Partnering with instructional designers, learning consultants, video specialists, and business partners, you’ll transform complex information into clear, engaging experiences that enhance understanding and drive performance. Your work will shape the effectiveness of learning media, internal communications, and employee experiences. You’ll also support and maintain the Claims organization’s internal brand through creative consultation, event design, conference support, and other department-wide initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience
OR Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of one year of experience in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience
Preferred Skills
Experience as a full-time professional graphic designer.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Experience in Figma.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG Standards).
Compensation
$79,000 – $85,000/year
Gainshare annual incentive payment up to 24% of eligible earnings based on company performance
