About The Role
Huckleberry is building a brand that becomes the trusted voice for parents navigating everyday life. Social media plays a crucial role in shaping this brand identity and serves as a key growth engine for the company. The Brand Manager, Social Media, will be responsible for developing, executing, and evolving our social media strategy across major platforms. This role requires a strategic partner who can craft platform-specific strategies aligned with business objectives, develop content systems that resonate with real parents, and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate success. Collaborating closely with the Brand Manager and Influencer Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence how Huckleberry engages with its community and builds a meaningful presence across digital platforms.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in social media or brand marketing with increasing strategic ownership
Proven portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and strategic planning, including compelling captions and quarterly content briefs
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including platform algorithms, cultures, and content norms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to generate hypotheses and measure performance effectively
Experience working within consumer, lifestyle, wellness, parenting, or family-facing brands
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams
Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and provide strategic insights for platform engagement
Creative mindset with a focus on building community and relevance through content
Responsibilities
Develop, own, and continually refine Huckleberry’s social media strategy across key platforms, including content philosophy, audience growth, and channel prioritization
Build and manage a content system aligned with business objectives, focusing on relevance and community engagement
Lead the creative process from briefing to execution, ensuring content resonates with our target audience
Oversee social calendar development, content planning, and publishing schedules across current and emerging platforms
Manage community interactions by maintaining the brand voice in comments, direct messages, and community spaces, while establishing scalable systems
Design and maintain KPI frameworks to measure social performance, providing insights and reporting to stakeholders
Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates, providing strategic recommendations on where and how to show up effectively
Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams to integrate social initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and product launches
