Job Description
Kindred is a members-only home swapping platform that redefines the way people experience travel by leveraging the power of community. Since its inception in 2022, Kindred has fostered a global community of over 300,000 members across more than 150 cities worldwide. The platform enables trusted peers—renters and homeowners alike—to exchange primary residences, offering an affordable, responsible, and connected alternative to traditional short-term rentals and hotel stays. By facilitating home swaps, Kindred promotes sustainable travel, cultural exchange, and genuine connections, positioning itself as a revolutionary force in the travel industry. Backed by over $150 million in capital from renowned Silicon Valley investors such as Index Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and others, Kindred is led by a team of proven entrepreneurs with a track record of building high-growth products. The company’s leadership includes founders from Opendoor, which achieved a $15 billion exit, and their combined expertise has resulted in products generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. Kindred is committed to making travel more meaningful and accessible for everyone, continuously expanding its community and refining its platform to enhance user experience and engagement.
