Hello, I’m Ashesh, a seasoned Graphic Designer and Art Director with over 12+ years of hands-on experience in managing end to end design services. My expertise spans across Advertising, Corporate Branding, Social Media, Brand Activation, Marketing Communication, and User Interface Design. Since 2011, have been creating effective campaigns, websites and brand experiences for tier one brands globelly.
I work with a huge variety of tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, Mural, PowerPoint, Sketch, and other design software. To add on, I am familiar and have practical experience of using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and MailChimp, and also have a good working knowledge of CMS tools like SharePoint, WordPress, and Wix.
Based on my experience with clients from nearly all parts of the globe, I am adept at managing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling stakeholders across diverse geographies. From my experience, I am able to work effectively in a complex, dedicated and involving work setting while handling several tasks in parallel, including managing improvements to increase efficiency.
Right now, I’m searching for possibilities to experiment with the use of Artificial Intelligence as well as the other innovative tools in the subject of creativity.
In my free time, you can often find me outdoors hiking with my dog, camping in the mountains or in the kitchen cooking traditional delicacies.
I am passionate about animals and nature, and they inspire much of my creativity.

Collaborated closely with leadership to align on future vision, emerging trends, and team priorities—playing a key role in high-level, Tier 1 campaigns by shaping creative direction, bringing ideas to life, and delivering strong results. Collaborated with international stakeholders across creative, marketing, web and development teams to align creative output with product goals. Led the UI/UX design and implementation of a SharePoint site and a mobile app for NGO donations, working closely with the development team to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience from wireframes to final deployment. Enhanced and optimized the creative workflow, boosting team efficiency and achieving a 20% increase in overall productivity. Built a unified design system that brought consistency across our web and digital assets, making it easier for teams to stay on-brand and improving overall workflow efficiency.
