Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the implementation of the Open Door Assessment program across 30+ schools in select regions of India.
Facilitating mathematics and science training sessions for teachers to enhance their instructional skills.
Leading and managing a team of two, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of responsibilities.
Qualifications:

Candidates from IIT/NIT/IISc/IIM.
Skill(s) required: Biology, Chemistry, Effective Communication, Mathematics, Negotiation & Problem-solving, Physics, Project Management.
Who Can Apply:

Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Other Requirements:

M.Sc/B.Tech/MBA background from premier institutes like IITs/NITs/IISER/IIM, etc.
Ability to view science from a different perspective.
Capability to manage uncertain situations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary:

Annual CTC: ₹8,50,000 – 11,00,000 /year.
