Repserve is a leading provider of innovative sales and marketing solutions, specializing in helping businesses expand their reach and maximize their growth potential. Our client, a creative design studio known for delivering exceptional interior design solutions for commercial spaces, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a remote position based in the UAE, targeting the UAE and KSA markets, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a visionary team while driving the company’s regional expansion.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your expertise in selling interior design services, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s footprint within the office and food & beverage sectors, strengthening their presence in the highly competitive Middle East design landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial office and F&B sectors in the UAE and KSA.
Promote the studio’s interior design services to key decision-makers including developers, F&B operators, landlords, workspace consultants, and business owners.
Leverage existing network and conduct market research to generate qualified leads and pitch opportunities.
Manage the entire business development cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure proposals align with client needs and the studio’s creative direction.
Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to build brand visibility in the region.
Provide regular reporting on pipeline, targets, and regional insights.
About Repserve
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within a design studio or architectural firm, with exposure to the UAE and KSA markets.
Proven track record of securing interior design projects in the office and/or F&B sectors.
Strong network of contacts across commercial real estate, hospitality development, and workspace consultancy firms in the GCC.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in high-level client presentations and negotiations.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote design team.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
