Job Summary
This role bridges our Data Science and Research functions, primarily focusing on data product development (60-70%) and research analysis support (30-40%). This includes developing statistical analysis plans (SAPs), performing analyses, and generating comprehensive reports (TFLs). Your contributions will adapt based on evolving client project needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and write clear and thorough statistical analysis plans to accompany observational and/or interventional clinical trials
Translate statistical analysis plans into analysis processes and analytical code
Communicate findings effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations
Proactively clarify ambiguous or broad requests, simplifying complex analyses where appropriate
Collaborate with stakeholders across project management, research, and data teams
Work with product data science team to run A/B tests and experiments related to product development
Work with product teams to develop metrics and instrumentation for measuring key metrics surrounding engagement and analysis
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate degree (MS, MPH, or PhD) in Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or analytical-focused health field
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Biostatistician or similar role
Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with SQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically, ask clarifying questions, and reduce complexity in analysis
Preferred
Working with consumer wearable data
Working directly with pharmaceutical companies in the areas of market research, marketing claims development, or real-world data (RWD / RWE)
DBT and Github experience
Working in a fast paced technology start up
Working across engineering, product, and operations teams
