Role Summary
:We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead critical fintech projects from inception to successful deployment. The ideal candidate will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between internal development teams and external partners while ensuring strict adherence to financial industry compliance requirements. This role serves as the central coordinator responsible for removing obstacles, streamlining processes, and maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders through regular, detailed reporting mechanisms

tLead the end-to-end delivery of complex fintech integration projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completio
nImplement and optimize agile methodologies tailored to fintech development requirement
sCreate and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and dependencie
sMonitor project health using appropriate KPIs and take proactive measures to address potential issue
sManage scope changes effectively while maintaining project integrity and compliance standard
sStakeholder Management & Reportin

gEstablish and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, third-party vendors, financial partners, and regulatory bodie
sLead negotiation efforts with third-party vendors and integration partners to secure favorable term
sDesign and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports for various stakeholder groups, including
:Executive summaries for C-level stakeholders highlighting critical metrics, risks, and decisions neede
dCompliance status reports tracking regulatory requirements and certification processe
sTechnical delivery updates for development teams with sprint metrics and productivity analysi
sIntegration partner scorecards measuring performance against agreed SLA
sFacilitate regular stakeholder meetings and prepare presentations that effectively communicate project status, risks, and achievement

nCollaborate with technical leads to design efficient integration architectures between internal systems and external partner
sCoordinate API development and integration efforts, ensuring proper documentation and testing processe

tEnsure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC, AML, GDPR) and industry standard
sWork closely with compliance teams to incorporate regulatory requirements into project planning from inceptio
nImplement risk management frameworks appropriate for financial technology project
sDocument compliance processes and maintain auditable records of regulatory adherenc

nRequired Qualification

sBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
d5+ years of experience in project/delivery management roles, with at least 3 years specifically in fintech or financial service
sDemonstrated expertise in managing complex integration projects with third-party vendors and partner
sStrong understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirement
sExperience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.
)Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive reportin
gExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skill
sBasic understanding of API development, system integration patterns, and financial technology architecture
sOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audience
sPMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferre

eExperience with regulatory frameworks specific to payments, banking, or lendin
