About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern with a background or strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, or technology. You’ll support the hiring process, coordinate recruitment activities, and assist with employer branding strategies, especially focused on digital and tech roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in hiring for digital marketing, Web Development, SEO, and tech roles
Draft and post job listings across platforms
Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews
Support onboarding and internal HR documentation
Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets
Work with the team to strengthen employer branding through career page and social media
Collaborate with digital marketing and tech leads for talent mapping
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Technology, Business or Marketing
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or startup hiring
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with remote tools, spreadsheets, and basic documentation
Curious, organized, and willing to take initiative
